Anglican Association of Biblical Scholars

Supporting biblical scholarship in the Anglican Churches since 1991. AABS meets annually in conjunction with SBL. Its purpose is to support biblical scholarship at all levels in the Anglican Communion. AABS is dedicated to fostering greater involvement of biblical scholars in the life of Anglican churches, and to promoting the development of resources for biblical studies in Anglican theological education.

Membership

Membership in the AABS is open to everyone interested in the Bible and the Anglican Communion. The Communion includes the Episcopal Church, the Anglican Church in Canada, and the Church of England, among others. Please see the Membership Form page.
